A reminder text is sent 48 hours prior to your booking.

Brow Posse operates a 24 hour cancellation policy on all services. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so within the required time period.

Late Arrivals

Even though we make every effort we unfortunately may not always be able to accommodate late arrivals. Brow Posse refuses to cut your appointment duration to ensure we don’t run late for the following booking or give a sub optimal service.

If you feel you may not arrive on time, let Lily know as she may be able to accommodate you and her day accordingly.
